Hi Stefan, Nope, haven't got to the track stand video yet… This isn't a bad one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v… Remember to: - practice on slightly uphill terrain until you get good. Master it on flat ground by using your front brake and suspension to gently spring you back against your forward rocking (requires lots of balance and finesse) - turn your shoulders 45 degrees, not just the bars - RELAX! Go easy on the pedals and the handlebar and think of 'floating forwards and backwards'
