    Hi MTBtips!

My question is, my bycicle has size 19, and my hight is 1.78 meters, is it correct for my health to ride a mountain bike with size 19, even when some rules say 17 to 18 and others 18 to 19?

    • Chris Carter says:

      Hi Joao,
Sizes vary between brands so it’s very difficult for me to say if your 19 is right for you. A bike that is too big certainly won’t affect your health, but it my be a bit cumbersome to ride.

The best one so far has been –
Look where you are going, not at the obstacle you want to avoid.

    Have a great day!
